Adding Images

First off, decide how you wish to include the image on your page.  There are essentially two methods:

• Upload and embed an image
• Copy and paste an image from elsewhere

To add an already uploaded image

1. Enter the Admin area
2. Give focus to the column you wish to add the image to
3. Cilck the image icon on the toolbar
4. Click 'Browse Server'
5. A list of images will appear - select one
6. Edit size and orientation if necessary
7. Click 'OK' to enter the image into your page

To upload an image

1. Enter the Admin area
2. Give focus to the column you wish to add the image to
3. Cilck the image icon on the toolbar
4. Click 'Browse Server'
5. Click on 'Browse' tand select the image file from your computer
6. Click 'Upload' - wait for the upload to complete
   
7. It will now appear in your list of images
8. Select the image and click 'OK' to insert it into your page

Copying an image from the internet

Firefox browser

1. Enter the Admin area
2. Give focus to the column you wish to add the image to
3. Find the image you wish to insert on the net
4. Drag your mouse over it
5. On your keyboard, hit the Ctrl + C to copy the location
6. Go back to the edit page
7. Hit Ctrl + V to paste the image into your page

Internet Explorer

1. Enter the Admin area
2. Give focus to the column you wish to add the image to
3. Find the image you wish to insert on the net
4. Right click on the image and select properties
   
5. In the window that appears, copy the full Address (URL)
   
6. Go back to the edit page
7. Click on the image button on the toolbar
8. In the URL field, paste (Ctrl + V)the address you just copied
9. Give focus to the preview pane to see the image
10. Click 'OK' to insert the image into your page
