Plug-in and turn on

SwissCMS comes with a built-in Jukebox so you can play any number of MP3 files from any page.  MP3s are stored in the subfolder called 'jukebox' within the 'content/Media/mp3' folder. This folder can contain as many MP3s as you like.  For even greater control over the look and feel of the jukebox, the full Flash source code is also included in all license versions.

Step 1 - Adding MP3 files to the playlist

1. Click the 'Insert/Edit Link' icon on the toolbar
2. On the 1st tab, click the 'Browse Server' button
3. In the 'Resource Type' dropdown list in the top left, select 'Media'
4. Select the subdirectory 'mp3'
5. Select the subdirectory 'jukebox'
6. Click the 'Browse' button to locate the MP3 file to upload on your computer
7. Click the 'Upload' button to transfer the file
8. Close the edit window - you do NOT want to actually make a link

Alternatively, you can FTP all your MP3s to the correct directory:

Step 2 - Inserting the Flash jukebox code

1. Click the 'Insert/Edit Flash' icon on the toolbar
2. Click the 'Browse Server' button
3. Select the 'scms_jukebox.swf' file
4. Enter the width and height - standard is 310px x 300px
5. Click 'OK' to insert the Flash object

The final result is show below:



You may notice a second file - 'scms_jukebox_sa.swf' when you're browsing your Flash folder.  This file is simply the stand-alone version of the jukebox which pops up in a new window.
