All SwissCMS packages except 'Champ' have the following End User License Agreement (EULA) license:
One License = One Domain
This means that for any given .com, .net, .org, .uk etc., you may install and use ONE copy of SwissCMS. Only GPL scripts like FCKEditor can be freely re-distributed.
You may edit any unencrypted source code to suit your needs unless explicitly stated via comments within the file itself.
You may change the style of the layout including the replacement of any SwissCMS logos and images with you or your company's own.
You may not re-distribute, re-sell, or take credit for any of the SwissCMS source code under any circumstances.
You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer encrypted source code in any way whatsoever.
Please be aware that changing the source code to suit your needs is certainly allowed (unless files are encrypted), but doing this does NOT invalidate the SwissCMS license or copyright in any way, and it certainly does not permit you to re-sell or re-distribute SwissCMS in any format or derivative.

Embedding (CDL) License
An embedding license allows you to use SwissCMS, stripped of its branding, within your own distributable product or on multiple domains (including sub domains) - for example, if you are a web hosting company and would like to offer SwissCMS as a service to your users.
As such blanket licensing must cascade and cover any included 3rd party components, this license is only available upon request and is not advertised on the website.
To cover all 3rd party component Closed Distribution Licensing (CDL) costs, a rough estimate to the price would be based upon:

The FCKeditor CDL is currently priced at US$750.00.
3rd Party Components
SwissCMS reserve the right to include, upgrade or omit any 3rd party components at any time and without prior notice. SwissCMS do not guarantee the functionality or stability of any included 3rd party software and are not responsible for any technical malfunctions and any resulting loss of data or related income.
All 3rd party components or plug-ins are provided 'as-is' and as such, any issues relating to their core functionality should be taken up with their authors and not SwissCMS.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
All client-generated logos, images, straplines or trademarks and any dynamically generated content (i.e., not the SwissCMS software) shall remain the property and responsibility of whosoever generated that content. In most cases, this will be the license holder and any associated staff or representatives that have access to the system.
SwissCMS will not be held responsible for any breach of copyright or trademark infringement and any related damages resulting from the illegal storage, transfer, duplication, publication and/or reproduction of copyright-protected content.
